Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

Swaperty ("the Software") is published by an independent developer ("the Author"). Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy is the seller of the product for payment, tax and invoicing purposes, under their buyer terms.
1. License, demo & plans
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to two (2) computers that you own or control. The built-in demo grants the same rights for 7 days, locally, without any payment information. Two plans exist: (a) the Lifetime license ($21, one-time) covers the Software version current at purchase, perpetually, including security fixes but not feature updates; (b) the Yearly license ($8.85/year) covers the latest version with all updates and priority support while the subscription is active. Yearly renews automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt, in which case the license simply stops working at the end of the paid term. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, reverse-engineer or circumvent the license mechanism.
2. Support
Priority support (Yearly plan) is provided by email on a best-effort basis, with no guaranteed response time and no SLA.
3. Warranty disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Software rewrites selected text; you are responsible for reviewing converted text before relying on it.
4. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IT, AND THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
5. Privacy
The Software processes your text entirely on your device, see the Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
The license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Sections 3–5 survive termination.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules. Exclusive venue: the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. Purchases through Lemon Squeezy are additionally subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
