Swaperty ("the Software") is published by an independent developer ("the Author"). Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record — Lemon Squeezy is the seller of the product for payment, tax and invoicing purposes, under their buyer terms.
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to two (2) machines that you own or control. The trial grants the same rights for 15 days. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, reverse-engineer or circumvent the license mechanism.
Your license is perpetual for the version you purchased and includes security fixes. The optional $4.90/year "Updates & Premium Support" add-on provides feature updates as they ship and priority email support. It renews automatically each year until cancelled — you can cancel anytime from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt; your license itself is never affected by cancellation. Premium support is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed response time or SLA.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Software rewrites selected text; you are responsible for reviewing converted text before relying on it.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IT, AND THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

The license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Sections 3–5 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules. Exclusive venue: the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. Purchases through Lemon Squeezy are additionally subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
